Kabul (BNA) The Afghan and coalition forces carrying several clearing operations killed 64 insurgents during the last 24 hours.
Interior ministry press office said BNA, the Afghan and coalition forces conducting the operations in the relevant areas of Kandahar, Zabul, Urozgan, Maidan-Wardak, Ghazni, Helmand and Kunar provinces killed 64 militants, wounded 12 and arrested 7 others.
A quantity of heavy and light weapons was seized.
According to another report, the police officials of Kabul arrested two persons accused of murder, rubbery from 1st and 15 precincts of Kabul city.
