Kabul (BNA) Afghan National Army (ANA) 205 Atal corps conducting an operation during the past 24 hours under the name of Tofan 53 released to civilians from clutch of Taliban.
Col. Mohammad Mohsen Sultani 205 ANA corps press chief told BNA, the abducted people released and handed over to their families.
Also in relevant areas of Dehrawoot district of Uruzgan province two rebels were killed and another wounded.
According to the source, during the ANA operations in Khakrez district of Kandahar province two rebels lost their lives and three light weapons and two binoculars were also seized.
