Kabul (BNA) Afghanistan has welcomed Islamabad’s decision over prevention from Haqqani network and terrorist groups’ activities in the country.
Pakistan has decided to ban activities of ten terrorist groups including Haqqani network and Jamat-al-Daua in the country.
Spokesman of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Shekib Mustaghni in an interview with media said Pakistan’s such step of Pakistan guarantees consolidation of peace and stability not only in Afghanistan but also in the region.
The decision was also welcomed by the US. US State Secretary the other day said it is a key step taken for rooting out of terrorist activities in Pakistan. It is planned that Pakistan will officially declare its new decision in the offing.
