Kabul (BNA) At least 9 Taliban militants were killed during an operation led by Special Forces of Nangarhar airport.
Col, Hazrat Hussin Mashriqiwal in-charge of publication of security command of Nangarhar reported BNA, the operation was launched in Bawarghondi area, Mohmand Dara district of the province, as a result 9 Taliban were killed and another one arrested.
Also two RPJ rockets, a PK machinegun, 1001 bullets of Kalashnikov, two pistols, 20 shells of rockets and two communication means have been destroyed by security forces following the operation.
The source added, Afghan security forces during their patrol have arrested several Daesh members in Deh Bala district of the province as well.
