Lashkarga (BNA) At least 37 Taliban insurgents were killed in an operation led by Afghan National Army Forces (ANAF) in Nahersaraj district, Helmand province.
Amor Zowak spokesman governor of Helmand told BNA, an operation which continues since three days in the outskirt of Nahersaraj district, Helmand province, 37 armed rebels lost their lives.
He said the operation was launched in Adamkhail region, Nahersaraj district where the Taliban have large presence in the area and carried out attacks on neighboring areas.
He added, 14 other insurgents were also wounded in the operation.
