Kabul (BNA) An IT training center opened by Cultural Deputy Minister for Information and Culture in Badakhshan province recently.
Speaking in the opening ceremony, Sayed Musadiq Khalili, Cultural Deputy Minister of Information and Culture said, “Establishing the center is a positive step toward training new generation and fans of Information and Technology and hoped the center to be used by all the people as an urgent need of our time.”
Walid Hakim, director for Link in Learning project said the center aimed at enhancing quality and awareness of the youth and elders from the Information Technology, adding the project has been founded by an agreement between Ministry of Information and Culture and US Embassy to Kabul with cooperation of provincial authorities.
According to Hakim, the center has been equipped with computers and furniture cost 120,000 US dollar.
