Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met with US acting special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, during which both sides discussed relations between the two countries, peace process as well as regional issues, his office said in a statement.
In the meeting, the US acing special representative, Laurel Miller stressed on the need for continued cooperation of her country with Afghanistan, the statement added.
In his return, President Ghani once again thanked the United States for its assistances and cooperation with Afghanistan in different fields, according to the statement.
