Armed Insurgents Killed, Wounded In Clashes

Herat (BNA) Nine armed insurgents were killed and two others injured in two clashes by security forces in Maidan-Wardak province.
The clashes occurred in Sayeedabad and Jalriz districts, while security forces to prevent the Taliban attack on a convoy of passengers.
A police commander of that province told BNA, in the clashes, nine insurgents lost their lives and two others wounded.
It is said that there were no any harm and casualties among security forces and civilians in the clashes.
According to another report, six armed militants were killed in recent clashes in Nooristan province.
The clash occurred in Kamdish district near Durand Line while a group of assailants attacked on a convoy of militaries.
A senior border police commander in the east of the country told BNA, in the clashes, six militants lost their lives.
He added that the terrorist crossing from Durand Line attacked on a convoy of militaries, which targeted by security forces and killed.
It is mentionable that, no harm and casualties incurred to security forces and civilians in the clash.
