Mine Blast Wounds Police Official in Nangarhar
Jalalabad (BNA) A Nangarhar police official was wounded in a bomb blast.
A car carrying Ahmad Fahim, the police chief of Shiwa district, was targeted by a mine in Zeratgah area of Shah Borhan Agha today.
The mine was reportedly planted on the side of the road and just as the car carrying the security official exploded remotely.
Nangarhar security source told BNA that the blast wounded a police officer in Shiwa district.
So far, no individual or group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
