Seminar On Ashrati’s Thought Opened

Kabul (BNA)  A research seminar on the thought and works of the academician Abdul Ahad Ashrati Ghaznawi was opened by Ghazna Social Council in the international press hall of the ministry for information and culture here yesterday with the message of president Ashraf Ghazni Ahmadzai readout by Najia Noori the head of public relation office of the administrative affairs. 
The academician Ashrat son of Ghulam Haidar was born in 1310 in Ghazni city.  He completed his primary and secondary education in Sanai Lycee in Ghazni city and was graduated from Sharia faculty of Kabul University.  Similarly the message of acting minister for information and culture Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen was readout by advisor to that ministry, Jalal Nurani, Dr.  Raheen in his message said that Ashrati was a hard working writer during the rule of father of the nation Mohammad Zahir Shah.
Several books and works of Ashrati have been published, Dr. Raheen said in his message and hoped for publishing more works of Ashrat so as to enable the cultural figures and students to benefit.  Among others, acting Minister for public works Najibullah Ozhen and deputy to ministry for information and culture Nabi Farahi also attended the seminar.
