CM Law Committee Discusses Draft Law of Civil Services

Kabul (BNA) First Vice president and head of committee Marshal Mohammad Qaeem Fahim chaired yesterday the meeting of the Law Committee of the Council of Ministers (CM) at the presidential palace. 
Addressing the meeting he said that under the present conditions there is urgent need for comprehensive laws for Afghanistan is moving the future and to reach stability and security, there should be laws to facilitate lives of the people. 
The Minister of Justice presented the draft law on civil services as the agenda of the meeting. 
The draft law was debated by the participants of the meeting and it was found that some shortcomings exist in the draft law. 
The meeting therefore decided that considering the shortcomings in the draft law, to assign a committee for reviewing the draft law on civil services. 
The committee led by justice minister is composed of representatives of finance, higher education, labor and social affairs, martyrs and disabled, Stanikzai chairman of the judicial consultative board of the presidential office, representatives of the administrative reforms commission and civil services and the academy of science of Afghanistan. 
The commission will review the draft and refer to corrected text to the coming meeting of the law committee. 
According to another report, Marshal Fahim met with Mohammad Eiezedyar first secretary of the Senate and some senators. 
At the meeting, the senators shared their environmental problems and asked for addressing them. 
Marshal Fahim assured the senators that their problems will be addressed and he hoped that the senators during their winter recess they can seek the problems of their constituents and exert all possible efforts with the cooperation of the people to get access to peace and security in Afghanistan.
