Youths Having Got Higher Marks Appreciated

Kabul (BNA) The youths who have got higher marks in university exams of 1391 were appreciated by the office of the deputy minister for youth affairs of Information and Culture Ministry and the Kabul people shura.
Initially Abdul Ghafar Dawi, advisor to the Kabul people shura spoke at the ceremony and praised the youths especially that of Qais Rabeen Qarzai training academy who have found their way into the higher educational institutions and drew their attention towards their future mission.
Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen Minister of Information and Culture and chairman of the Kabul people shura told the youths that the youth from the majority of the Afghan population and they have prosperous future as the Afghan youth are unique at world levels in all spheres.
He added the youth of Afghanistan have grown up under bitter conditions of war and they were reared in families that they were not expecting a better future and especially the girls who sustained continued deprivations compared to the boys and most of the girls’ were threatened, however, we are fortunately witnessing that the youth are quite successful in the media and the government departments that make us hopeful of their future.
At the end letters of merits prepared by the Kabul people shura was distributed by Dr. Raheen, Abdul Ghafar Dawi, Nazifa Zaki people’s representative at the parliament, Zahir Hassan head of secretariat of the Kabul people shura and Dr. Qais Qarzai to the best students of 1391 exams.
Dr. Raheen also praised the victory of Parwaiz Sakhizada who have won third place at the Kabdi matches in Punjab of Pakistan among the 26 countries.
