Pul-e-Khumri (BNA) Head of Afsotar Company was wounded and three others were martyred following clashes between Taliban militants and Afghan security forces in Chashma Sher region, Pul-e-Khumri-Samangan highway.
Col. Nazifullah Khurami counter-terrorism director of Baghlan security command told BNA, laden vehicle of Sayed Hesamuddin Haqbeen head of Afsotar Company, while moving toward Samangan province faced with ambush of Taliban militants, in which Haqbeen was injured and three others including a guard of Haqbeen and two employees of Hello Trust were martyred.
Afghan security forces succeeded to open the highway on traffic and two insurgents belong to Mullah Shah Wali the notorious commander of Taliban militants were killed during the clashes as well, Khurami added.
