Kabul (BNA) Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Prof. Mohammad Rasoul Bawari looked after Abdullah Bakhtani Khedmatgar, former member of Afghanistan Sciences Academy in NDS hospital Thursday.
Bakhtani Khedmatgar has been suffering from stomach pain and is under treatment in a hospital of National Directorate of Security (NDS) in Kabul for the past one month. Accompanied by Advisor to President on Academic Affairs Lal Padshah Azmoon, Head of RTA Mohammad Zarin Anzor and Head of the People Culture for MoIC Mahbooba Babakrkhil, Prof. Mohammad Rasoul Bawari spoke with a doctor curing Bakhtani and praised him for efforts towards recovering Bakhtani Khedmatgar. It is worth mentioning that Bakhtani Khedmatgar has worked as editor in chief for Nangarhar newspaper, editor in chief for Nangarhar magazine, head of Anis and other departments of ministry of information and culture.
Meanwhile, at the end of the visit, cash assistance of MoIC was granted to Bakhtani Khedmatgar. According to another report, high hotels enterprise council was held under the chairmanship of acting minister of information and culture. In the session, reconstruction project of Nangarhar’s Spin Ghar Hotal was discussed. In the session attended by representatives of ministries of finance and economy and members of the council, Prof. Bawari said that problems facing the project should be soon addressed.
