Kabul (BNA) Chaired by Acting Minister of Information and Culture Mohammad Tahir Zuhair, the second meeting of collecting and coordinating information package of Afghanistan was held in Kabul.
In the meeting, acting minister of information and culture asked participants to provide efficient and reliable information encompassing various aspects of political, social, cultural, economic life and tradition and customs of Afghan society in accordance to international standards to include in information package.
A staff employee of the country’s First Lady office Zuhal Amarkhil, attending the meeting, spoke related to Afghanistan information package and said that various organizations publish information packages on Afghanistan each year in accordance to their interests and needs but they are not comprehensive as does not satisfy those who need them.
Director of the ministry’s plan and policy department Abdul Moqim Afghan said that participants in the meeting were representatives of relevant government institutions led by the ministry of information and culture and each has the responsibility of collecting the information of their institution.
