Massoud Meets Panjshir Cultural, Civil Society Members

Kabul (BNA) Ahmad Zia Massoud, Special Envoy to President on Reforms and Good Governance met yesterday with a number of members of cultural and civil society organizations, youth, students and knowledgeable figure of Panjshir.
In the meeting, members of Panjshir civil society organizations asked for maintaining social justice, observing constitution and other laws of the country, asking for respecting to decision of House of People in connection with distribution of electronic IDs.
They also asked for supporting civil society organizations, youth and knowledgeable figures of the province by special envoy to president.
In the meeting, special envoy to President asserted, “Partnership and coordination with civil society organizations, strengthening and supporting the organizations are part of the activities of reforms and good governance.
Therefore, we are trying that social justice is equally maintained and the civil society organizations as monitoring power and organization should be informed of the government’s activities so that the country’s citizens should equally benefit from better services”.
Special envoy to president also said that relation and coordination of political parties and civil society organizations could reveal equal rights and should have activities in the country in accordance with constitution.
