Jalalabad (BNA) 17 Daesh fighters were killed and 6 others were injured in recent clashes by security forces in Nangarhar province.
The operation was launched with presence of hundreds militaries, and police on strongholds of Daesh fighters in different parts of Kot district.
Hazrat Shirin Aqa spokesman for ANA forces in the east of the country told BNA, in recent conflicts, 17 Daesh fighters were killed and 6 others were injured.
According to confirmed figures, from beginning of the operation till now, nearly hundreds of Daesh affiliates were killed and injured in the province.
