KABUL (BNA): Fly Dubai Airlines has resumed flights to Afghanistan, according to officials from the Ministry of Transport and Aviation.
The first plane of the airline landed at Kabul International Airport on November 24, after a delay of more than two years.
The resumption of Fly Dubai flights to Kabul is a result of the continuous efforts of the Deputy Prime Minister in Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Transport and Aviation.
The officials of the ministry have stated that the resumption of Fly Dubai flights to Kabul is an indication that Afghanistan’s airspace has returned to a safe and normal state for all flights.
They have also emphasized that necessary facilities and standard services are provided in all Afghan airports.
It is worth noting that the launch of Fly Dubai flights to Afghanistan will lead to healthy competition among airlines in balancing the appropriate prices.
