Information And Culture Deputy Minister Visits Imam Sahib Shrine

Kabul (BNA) Nabi Farahi deputy minister of the ministry of information and culture for administration, financial and tourism while Kunduz Governor Mohammad Anwar Jagdalek and Abdul Ahad Ebbasi head of historical monuments were present visited the rehabilitation process on the Rauza of Imam Sahib in Kunduz.
Eng. Abdul Qudus in charge of the project is rehabilitated at a cost of afs. 23 million from the budget of the ministry and it has progress 75% and will be completed by Saur of 1392.
Nabi Farahi attended a press conference and met with the influential and elders of Imam Sahib district and received a series of their proposal and views.
The shrine of Imam Sahib belongs to the Temurian era and work on it started during the era of Shah Rukh Mirza, but remained half completed then and restarted latter during the reign of Abdul Rehman Khan and it dates back to 800 years.
