Kabul (BNA) Police of Kabul arrested a professional thief from first precinct of Kabul during stolen of cash.
According to BNA report, the man was arrested after stealing $ 500 and 35,000 Afghanis and a mobile phone from a woman in first precinct of Kabul by police forces.
