Kabul (BNA) Dr. Kamal Sadat, Acting Minister of Information and Culture and Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs introduced Mahbooba Babakarkhel as the ministry’s new director of people’s culture here yesterday, BNA reported.
Addressing the event held on the occasion, Dr. Kamal Sadat asked the ministry’s employees not to forget principle of reward and punishment in their routine works, adding qualified staffs should be rewarded and those who neglect in their works mush be punished, the agency added. Praising the activities of the former acting director, the ministry’s acting deputy minister of cultural affairs, Abdul Ahad Abbasi said that important works have been done by the directorate, asking the new director to make efforts more and further improve the activities. At the end the new director pledged to serve the ministry and try to improve the working affairs of the directorate, the agency added.
