Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani phoned Save the Children in-charge Anwar Khan Zurmati in eastern Nangarhar province and spoke about the recent terrorist attack on the charity org, his office said in a statement.
Expressing sympathy over the incident, the president thanked the charity org for supporting the children, and assured the government’s continued support for the Save the Children office in Nangarhar, the statement added.
Thanking the president for his sympathy and supports, Anwar Khan Zurmati appreciated the Afghan security forces’ swift actions in the respect.
