KABUL (BNA): The Ministry of Finance and Da Afghanistan Bank or Afghanistan’s central bank has announced the activation of a new interbank payment system at the central bank in Kabul on Tuesday.
The interbank payment system or Automated Clearing Settlement System (ACSS) developed by the Central Bank facilitates effective coordination with other banking systems and financial services previously active under the Ministry of Finance.
Additionally, it will positively impact national revenue collection, government employee salary payment, and banking communications.
