Kabul (BNA) At least seven Taliban fighters were killed when their vehicles’ convey targeted by Afghan security forces in northern Kunduz province.
Col. Mohammad Hanif Rezayee spokesman of 209 Shaheen army corps said BNA correspondent, Taliban’s convey have been targeted in vicinity of Khan Abad district of the province, in which seven rebels including their leader named Mullah Alawuddin were killed.
Mullah Alawuddin was one of the key local commander of Taliban in Khan Abad district that had active role in most terrorist and destructive activities in the district.
