Cabinet Meeting Held to Discuss Construction Projects

KABUL (BNA): The twelfth session of the Islamic Emirate’s cabinet, led by Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, was held.

According to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office, one of the key agendas of the session was the initiation of the remaining work on the “Omar Kandahar” mosque.

The Ministry of Urban Development and Housing was assigned the task of overseeing this project and establishing a qualified committee to ensure its progress.

Additionally, under the guidance of Mawlawi Hamdullah Naumani, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, a comprehensive review was conducted on the Macrorayan Fifth residential project.

Representatives from various ministries, including Information and Culture, Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, Environmental Protection, Kabul Water Utility, and Kabul Municipality, participated in the discussion.

The aim was to assess the report provided by the obligated committee and find an effective solution to the matter.

During the twelfth session of the cabinet, the committee, supervised by the Office of Administrative Affairs delegation, presented their findings on the Ministry of Communications’ real-time system.

The committee’s opinions were approved, and it was decided to expedite the activation of this system, ensuring its efficient operation.
