Kabul (BNA) Nominee and acting minister of information and culture in a meeting with a number of provincial directors of information and culture heard their problems and demands.
In the meeting, provincial directors of information and culture for Paktia, Kunaruz, Maidan Wardak, Khost and Takhar enumerated their problems and demands, including lack of structure, budget, transportation vehicles and office equipment, asking for balanced budget and program and a powerful system as well as attention to part of provinces in all cultural and learning programs.
Regarding attention to the country’s cultural values and heritages as priorities of the MoIC, acting minister of information and culture said the country’s real culture should be reflected to the world through the country’s cultural heritages. Meanwhile, acting minister of information and culture stressed honesty and transparency in working affairs and assured the provincial directors of addressing their problems and demands. It is worth mentioning that a meeting was held yesterday between provincial directors of information and culture and a delegation of independent administrative reforms and civil services to assess and address problems of information and culture departments.
