Jalalabad (BNA) Talban attack failed by security forces in one of the most crowded areas of Jalalabad city capital of Nangarhar province.
Taliban planted a bomb in one of the crowded areas of Jalalabad city but fortunately the bomb was discovered and neutralized by security forces.
NDS office of Nangarhar province told BNA, the security forces discovered and neutralized the bomb and prevented from a deadly incident.
He claimed that the bomb was placed by Taliban in one of the crowded areas of the city.
No one has been arrested in connection of the case.
According to another report, a series of blasts was prevented in different parts of Nangarhar province.
According to reports, Taliban and Daesh fighters planted bomb and mines in different parts of Achen, Kot, Rodat and Khogyani districts.
A senior police commander in the east of the country said BNA, the bomb and mines were discovered and defused by police and army forces.
He said Taliban and Daesh fighters with the bomb and mines wanted to organize a series of deadly incident but not succeeded to their evil goal.
