Elders And Representatives of Geizab Shares Problems With Khalili

Kabul (BNA) Some elders and representatives of Geizab district of Urozgan shared their environmental problems with Mohammad Karim Khalili second vice-president. 
They said that this district formerly was part of Daikundi province but due to some problems temporarily made part of the Uruzgan province. 
They added that due to distance of the way and insecurity the residents are facing problems in terms of receiving identity cards, passport and Hajj shares. 
The complained that due to inattention of the local authorities the residents feel insecure as murders and theft of their properties are taking place so they asked serious attention of the government.
They added that the people living in the surrounding of this district are not provided a share in the structure of the local administration.
They argued that the district having 100,000 residents should be upgraded to a second administrative unity.
They said that despite their repeated reference to the higher authorities their problems remain unresolved.
Khalili assured the elders that their problems will be taken up with the president of the country. 
He said that creation of good governance can increase trust between the people and the government and my view is such that qualified individuals should be given the responsibility so they can resolve the people’s problems.
