Counter Corruption Parliamentary Group Sets Up

Kabul (BNA) In a meeting held in headquarters of the national assembly for this purpose with the participation of senate speaker Fazul Hadi Muslimyar, the house second deputy speaker Dr. Mohammad Saleh Saljoqi and a number of house and senate members, Humaira Ayoubi member of house commission for religious cultural, education and higher educations’ affairs and chairwoman of counter corruption parliamentary group officially announced the existence of this group. Humaira Ayoubi said that the goal for creation of this group is certain measures and plans against corruption in coordination with civil society foundation. She said this group has twenty one members who are law makers and senators. Second deputy speaker of the house Dr. Mohammad Saleh Saljoqi called this as a positive step for elimination of corruption and appreciated it.
Senate speakers Fazul Hadi Muslemyar have also expressed support for this group.
Humaira Ayoubi will be acting as chief and Najeeba Husseni as deputy chief and nineteen female senators and law makers will be the members.
