CM Economic Committee Discusses Issues On Its Agendas

Kabul (BNA) The economic committee of the council of Ministers led by Mohammad Karim Khalili, Vice-President held yesterday. 
As per the agenda, the meeting discussed transfer of woods from Kunar and Nooristan and prevention of cutting of forests of these regions and implementation of development projects and the challenges, as well as the draft of the contract of cement of Herat province. 
Deputy ministers of interior, finance, agriculture and irrigation, commerce and industry and high administration for supervision of strategy for struggle against corruption, Kunar governor and representative of commerce and industry were assigned to organize a meeting led by minister of economy and prepare a specific proposal for prevention of forests of the stated provinces and the transfer of existing woods from those provinces. 
Meanwhile, problems and challenges on implementation of development projects were assessed and it was decided that this issue be evaluated once again at the coming meeting of this committee and the result of assessments be presented to the Council of Ministers session. 
Meanwhile the draft of the contract of cement factory of Herat was confirmed and asked that a progress report of the cement factory of Dahane Ghuri be also presented to the committee meeting.
