Security Situation Ensure in Bamiyan, People Casting Their Votes

Kabul (BNA) Afghan security forces ensure better security situation in all voting centers in Bamiyan province.
According to BNA local correspondent report, Bamiyan’s citizens expressed their pleasure over ensuring security situation in voting centers and appreciated Afghan National Defense and Security Forces for controlling security situation.
Mohammad Tahir Zaheer governor and Mohammad Sadeq Muradi police of the province said, serious security measures has taking by Afghan security forces in all voting centers and there is no problems in the process and Bamiyan’s citizens without any risk can to cast their votes.
Hawa Alam Nooristani head of Afghanistan Independent Election Commission yesterday in a press conference said, taking pictures during vote is necessary and all biometric votes are acceptable, non-biometric votes unacceptable.
Mrs. Nooristani added, 445 out of 5,373 polling centers will be closed due to threat of militant attacks across the country.
Meanwhile, Khushal Sadaat deputy on security affairs for Ministry of Interior told, up to 72,000 members of the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces will be deployed on the Election Day to ensure the security of the process, moreover, almost 20,000 to 30,000 forces will be available as reinforcements. 
Mrs. Sadaat encouraged all the citizens to participate today elections, as Afghan forces will spare no efforts to provide security for the voting centers.
