Kabul (BNA) Fire swept through a fruit market in Kabul city where a number of shops burned.
According to a spokesperson to Kabul police chief, the incident happened at around 12-45 Tuesday afternoon and firefighting teams were deployed to the area to extinguish the fire. He said that a number of shops in the market caught fire and were destroyed as a result of the fire, adding that the main cause of the incident was not ascertained so far.
