Kerem Kinik: “Your Country Need You Desperately,” said to All Afghans Businessman’s Who Lives Aboard

 Kabul (BNA) In a press conference today in Kabul, Dr., head of Turkish Red Crescent and Vice President of the International Federation, called on the international community to assist and cooperate with people of Afghanistan in this dire time.

According to BNA, the conference attended by Cihad Erginay ambassador of Turkey to Afghanistan, deputy spokesperson of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and many other officials attend at the center of media and information of government, the head of the Turkish red crescent said “the international community must not leave alone Afghanistan’s people and cooperate with the people in the dire time.

He points out this “if the international community does not pay serious attention to the economic problems in Afghanistan, these problems may affect other countries in the world.”

He also asked Afghan businessmen living abroad that Afghanistan is your country and that it desperately needs your help.

Dr. Kerem Kinik said that Afghanistan and Turkey are two friendly countries and their people are like members of two families and Turkey will never forget the cooperation of the Afghanistan people with the residents of this country and will not leave them alone.

The head of Turkish Red Crescent and deputy of International Federation states that Turkey has provided $10 million in humanitarian aid to the people of Afghanistan over the past 20 years, adding that $10 million in humanitarian aid, including food and medical supplies, School supplies, clothes and spices, will also arrive in Kabul soon.

He assured the Turkish’s continuation of humanitarian aid and said that the aid of this country is not short-term, but Turkey is ready to assists and cooperate with Afghanistan in many sectors of the society.

The head of the Turkish Red Crescent and deputy of the International Federation on their three-day visit to Kabul are scheduled to meet in separates with some high- officials ranks of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan on humanitarian issues.

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that 700 tons of humanitarian aid, including foodstuffs, clothing, and medicine, will assist the people of Afghanistan.
