NUG Leaders Offer Condolence Over Indian Former President’s Death

Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani sent a condolence message on the passing of former Indian President, Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam to Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India as follows: “I am profoundly saddened to receive the news of the death of A.P.J Abdul Kalam, former President of India and renowned scientist of the world.  A.P.J. Abdul Kalam served his nation exemplarily as a pioneer scientist and 11th President of India. I am confident that the great nation of India will always remember the services and achievements of this great man. I partake of the tremendous grief of the Indian people, and hereby offer my deepest condolences and sympathies to Your Excellency and the bereaved family of late A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.” According to another report, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Chief Executive has also expressed his deep sadness over death of a scientific and political figure and the Indian former President Abdul Kalam and extended condolence to the great nation and government of India particularly the deceased family and relatives, wishing forgiveness to the deceased and patience to the remained.
