Farah City (BNA) At least 10 Taliban fighters were killed after they carried out attack on Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) checkpoints in western Farah province.
Qasim Qasimi spokesman of police chief in Farah told BNA correspondent, a group of Taliban militants launched attack on Afghan National Defense and Security Forces checkpoints in Pusht Roaud district of the province, in which 10 militants were killed and 7 others were wounded.
According to another report, three Taliban fighters were killed when they conducted attack on Afghan security forces checkpoint in relevant areas of Farah city.
Two militants and two Afghan security forces were wounded during the attack.
