Kabul (BNA) Acting minister of defense Enayatullah Nazari in a meeting with the defense minister of Holland here yesterday said that the war on terror requires long-term political support of International community, BNA reported.
In the meeting matters pertaining to equipment, financing and training of the personnel of national army within the framework of the new mission of international community the Resolute Support” were discussed and the acting defense minister said that Afghan National Security Forces are independently leading the war. Meantime, chief of army staff, General Shir Mohammad Karimi in the meeting thanked the Dutch government for its contribution to Afghanistan, adding the new role of Holland within Resolute Support is significant for Afghanistan. The Dutch defense minister in the meeting assured that his country would never let Afghanistan against security challenges alone.
