National Security Advisor Meets British, Kyrgyz Ambassadors To Kabul

Kabul (BNA) National Security Advisor, Mohammad Hanif Atmar in his meeting with the British ambassador talked on the two countries’ bilateral relations and the British economic and security cooperation with Afghanistan, as well as peace process, the BNA reported the other day.
Lauding the British cooperation in the economic and security cooperation with the people and government of Afghanistan and hoped for continuation of the cooperation in the future, according to the agency.
He said Afghanistan needs the international allies including Britain’s help for successfully going ahead with an inclusive peace process in Afghanistan.
British Ambassador, Dominic Jermey assured the national security advisor for his country’s continued cooperation in economic and security scopes, within the resolute mission forces and expressed support to the Afghan government’s peace efforts.
The national security advisor also met with the Kyrgyz ambassador discussing key bilateral issues including economy as saying both Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan’s close economic cooperation plays key role in beefing up the regional economy.
Atmar also said a high ranking delegation led by the country’s minister of foreign affairs would visit kyrgyzstan in the near future.
Meanwhile, Kyrgyz Ambassador, Uzbek Abdul Razaov said his country would remain committed to expansion of economic relations with Afghanistan and that the Afghan foreign minister’s tour to his country would lay positive impact on the expansion of the two countries’ relations. He also asked the national security advisor for visiting Kyrgyzstan duly.
