Kabul (BNA) Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met with a number of Pakistani parliamentarians, media representatives and civil society activists here in his office yesterday.
During the meeting both sides discussed enhancing bilateral ties and bridging the gap between the two countries. The Pakistani delegation emphasized on solving of the issues through dialogues, adding all dialogues were needed to consider the principles of good neighborhood. Dr. Abdullah said Afghanistan had considered better and peaceful relations with its neighbor in the course of history, adding bilateral relations should be based on mutual-respect and sincere cooperation. The Chief Executive said spirit of cooperation was existed among both countries saying such spirit should be used to normalize the relations between the two countries.
