Silver Coins Submitted to MoIC

Kabul (BNA) 171 silver coins were submitted by commander for protection of Ainak and copper mine to Cultural Deputy Minister of Information and Culture Sayed Musadiq Khalili the other day.
Sayed Musadiq Khalili, Cultural Deputy Minister of Information and Culture while receiving the relics appreciated security personnel tasked for protection Ainak copper mine and said, “The coins belonged to Shah Jahan era, a famous king of Baburi at the beginning of 17 century.”
“Brigades of the country’s security organs including Ainak copper mine’s protection command and deputy minister of public protection for MoI have constantly cooperated with ministry of information and culture in prevention of trafficking relics out of the country,” Khalili added.
The coins were handed over by Lt. Mohammad Naseen Masoudi, brigade commander for protection of Ainak copper mine to cultural deputy minister of information and culture.
For further protection of the coins, cultural deputy minister of information and culture submitted the coins to Omera Khan Masoudi, the chief of national museum.
