HPC Envoy To Visit Saudi Arabia, Official

Kabul (BNA) A high peace council envoy will soon leave for Saudi Arabia for participation in Islamic countries peace conference.
Mawlavi Abdul Hakim Mujahid, deputy of high peace council in an interview with BNA said, “An HPC envoy will soon visit Saudi Arabia to participate in a peace conference of Islamic countries, adding the conference is expected to be held in continuation of the Islamic sessions in Saudi Arabia where the participants will discuss issues related to peace and security in Afghanistan.”
Relating to holding of the conference, Mujahid said the conference would be held in Jeddah with the participation of Ulemas from Islamic countries to facilitate ways for maintaining peace and security in Afghanistan.
Previously, a high peace council envoy led by Salahduddin Rabbani, chairman of the council visited Pakistan for talking with Pakistan officials related to facilitation of peace and reconciliation and paving facilities for meeting Taliban representative in the country.
