Social Disparity, Lawlessness Expand Countrywide Insecurity, First Vice President

Kabul (BNA) Social injustice and lack of implementation of laws by the judicial and legal organs have expanded insecurity and instability in the country and continuation of the issue not only emerged public apprehensions, but it also followed criticism of Govt. officials as first vice president in his recent statement strongly mocked judicial and legal organs of becoming fail to execute the laws on the criminals so that social in its real sense and it’s said that perpetrators engaged in criminal acts same as suicide attacks, assassination attempts, explosions and other social crimes easily freed by the legal organs and the tenure overwhelmingly affected security situations in the country.
For overall assessment of the issue and impacts on the society, The Kabul Times correspondent has discussed the topic with a number of analysts which is as follows.
Commenting on the topic, political analyst Jawed Kohestani said that following ratification of the constitution, some beneficial legal and judicial changes occurred in the country by lawmaking committee and a number of vital legal organs same as ministry of justice, parliament, constitution, and criminal law organ formed, but none of the upper organs succeeded to implement the laws in its real meaning in the country and none realization of the laws and its implementation on the criminals noticeably affected security situations and social justice in the country which create gap between people and Govt. said political analyst Jawed Kohestani in his interview.
Kohestani warned that if the tenure continued in the same manual, it would lay tragic consequences in the future and said that the country never experienced state of lawlessness and anarchy in such a level which is today adding that none execution of the laws by the legal and judicial establishments in the country played vital role on expansion of corruption in the Govt. institutions adding that prolongation of the current tenure could further harm national recognition and legitimacy of the present Govt. and for elimination of the present scenario the upcoming political system extremely requires to bring basic reforms in this sphere and sincere patriotic individuals should be assigned into the jobs to restorer social justice and implement the law in its real shape.
Meanwhile, head of Afghanistan’s institute for strategic studies Ghafoor Lailwal also talked on the issue and said however implementation of laws and our judicial and legal organs obtained some growth in recent years as compare to the past, but the outcomes from implementation of laws and social equity are not satisfactory adding that implementation of laws and abiding upon the constitution of the country is a decisive point to move towards social prosperity and economic growth.
Laiwal said that for better realization of laws its implementation, powerful elements and those working in the legal and judicial organs insincerely should expelled from their posts and replace them with sincere, patriotic and professional cadres.
Although, we tried to seek views of legal body in this respect, but not received positive response from them.
This came after none execution of laws not only emerged public concerns, but also security institutions of the country are also feeling anxiety over none implementation of laws by the legal bodies.
