Two Members of Supreme Court High Council Take Oath

Kabul (BNA) Two new members of the High Council of Supreme Council who have obtained confidence vote from the House of People took the oath in presence of President Hamid Karzai and Prof. Abdul Salam Azimi acting chairman of the Supreme Court at the Presidential Office.
Deen Mohammad Geran and Abdul Qadir Adalatkhwah were earlier introduced to the House of People for gaining of vote of confidence and got the vote of confidence of the MPs.
They said as members of the High Council of Supreme Court will observe justice and righteousness compatible with the Islamic teachings, the provision of Constitution and other enforced laws of Afghanistan and perform their tasks in full honesty and impartiality. President Karzai wished them success in serving the people of Afghanistan in their new posts.
