Kabul (BNA) Second Vice president Sarwar Danesh in meeting with a delegation of elders, lawmakers and Jihadi commanders of Badghis province in his office yesterday said that the national unity government (NUG) is determined to implement all its promises given to the people.
In his remarks on deprived provinces especially the Badghis province, the vice president said that the government has three priorities include improving security, accelerating work on ring road and brining basic reforms in the leadership of the local administration there.
The vice president added he is aware of the problems of deprived provinces and would work to solve their problems like the office of former second vice president did. Thanking the second vice president Danesh and his predecessor Khalili for their attention to Badghis province, members of the delegation counted insecurity, continued drought over the past few years, abandoning development projects and unemployment as main problems in the province, saying little attention had been paid for their solution in the past years.
