JALALABAD CITY (BNA) The reconstruction work of eleven irrigational water canals has been completed in eastern Nangarhar province.
The irrigational water canals has been reconstructed with a sum of 18 million Afghanis funded by Asian Development Bank and the projects implemented by ministry of agriculture, irrigation and livestock.
An in-charge of agriculture, irrigation and livestock department in Nangarhar told BNA reporter, by reconstruction of the irrigational water canals thousand acres of agricultural lands will be irrigated.
Formers expressed their pleasure over reconstruction of the projects said, more water will increased agriculture products.
