GARDIZ (BNA) In the recent floods, two women and one man were injured in Paktia late Monday, and huge financial losses have been caused to the residents of that province.
A resident of Paktia told BNA that the floods destroyed the houses of the residents of Halim Khel, Suhak, Qala Naw, Shulgadeh, Gardan, Qala Marghi, Halim Khel Bala, and Badr al-Din villages in Zarmat district of that province.
According to the source, the displaced families were living under tents in Gardiz city and need urgent assistance.
