His Excellency Carl Bildt, Minister of Foreign Affairs for Kingdom of Sweden, I offer my warm greetings and best wishes to you His Excellency on the occasion of National Day of Kingdom of Sweden. The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is praising Sweden for its cooperation in various sectors and believes that friendly relations between the two countries will be increasingly extended day by day. At the end, I wish further health and success to you His Excellency and prosperity and welfare to the people of Sweden.
