PUL-E-KHUMRI CITY (BNA) Foodstuffs have been distributed to 383 needy and poor families in northern Baghlan province.
Mohammad Aqa Latifi in-charge of national citizen covenant program in rural rehabilitation and development department of Baghlan told BNA correspondent, with a sum of over 3.6 million Afghanis, flour, rice, cooking ghee, bean, tea and sugar have been distributed to poor families.
