Cooperation Agreement With Private Educational, Sports Foundations Signed

Kabul (BNA) A cooperation agreement was signed by the office of deputy minister for youth affairs of the Information and Culture Minister and 22 private educational and sports foundations.
According to the agreement enrollment of over 16,000 youth by provision of 35 to 70% discount in their monthly fees and acceptance of 789 vulnerable youth free of charge at 14 private educational institutions will be facilitated.
Meanwhile, 8 sports foundation will enroll around 1040 youth in different sports sectors of which 570 youth will be give free education and another 570 will be accepted with 50% discount in their monthly fees.
Temur Shah Ishaqzai deputy minister of information and culture in youth affairs said that one of the challenges before the youth non-access to the higher educational institutions and semi-higher education and his office is striving hard to prepare the ground for the youth to be able to enroll at those institutions with required discount.
He appreciated the officials of the private educational institution for their cooperation with the youth of the country.
