Herat (BNA) A consignment of narcotics was discovered in Herat and security forces arrested a man in connection with it.
The detainee skillfully placed the crystal packages in a container of water and wanted to transport it by truck.
Herat police spokesman Abdul Ahad Valizadah told BNA that security forces discovered the vehicle late yesterday at the Islam Qala crossing road.
The arrested man confessed several cases of drug trafficking in the first investigation.
