Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai, President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has deeply saddened by a fresh road crash took place in southeastern province of Badghis province, where as many as 34 passengers had been killed and 12 others injured, the presidential palace said in a statement on Sunday.
According to the Badghis provincial authorities, 34 people including women and children were killed and 12 other injured during a traffic incident in Char Sangi village of Ab Kamari district of the province, the statement quoted.
The president was deeply saddened and expressed deep regret over the incident and ordered the related organs for providing emergency aids to the victims. The president also extended his deep condolence and great patience to the bereaved families and heaven for those lost their lives as well as immediate recovery to those injured in the incident.
